Me Maria Vivas has been a member of the Bar since January 2014. Since the beginning of her career, she has had the opportunity to work on a variety of files, from major lawsuits to summary files. She has also acquired a varied experience in criminal law, including trials before criminal courts and extradition matters.
She also possesses strong skills in research and writing that she knows how to put to good use. She has written many motions, factums, and presentations for the Court of Appeal, as well as applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, in criminal law and extradition. She also puts her skills to work in service of her colleagues.
